Testimonials of renowned chefs

We are proud to belong, since February 2022, to the French Culinary College (Collège Culinaire de France).
Established by Joël Robuchon and Alain Ducasse and chaired by Alain Ducasse and Alain Dutournier, it brings together nearly 3,000 restaurant owners and/or managers and artisanal producers whose main concern is to offer the best of the French culinary heritage.
